Enlightening Educators offers a range of collaborative solutions to help you with your professional or organizational goals. If you have something in mind that is not listed here, please reach out and ask. We try to offer as many flexible solutions as possible for your school success.
In-Person Coaching
Erin coaches using Practice Based Coaching methods. Coaching consultation includes a needs assessment, 20-30 minute classroom observation, a collaborative coaching meeting, and a follow-up phone call to check progress.
Professional Development
On-site professional development is available on a range of topics. These workshops can range from 1-2 hrs to multiple days of content.
Online professional development available by request. .
Virtual Coaching
For programs that are not local or simply do not have time for formal coaching meetings, we offer a range of virtual instructional coaching solutions utilizing Practice Based Coaching methods.
Classroom Observation
We offer classroom observations with tools such as CLASS, ITERS, and ECERS. You can choose to receive the observation scores only or include a detailed written report with suggestions.

Phone Consultations
For quick questions that don't need a full coaching or consultation session, phone consultations are available. Fees start at $20 for 15 minutes.
Organizational Consultation
When programs are preparing to make systematic changes, such as moving to a new curriculum or assessment system, wanting to implement a program-wide coaching system, or just have some serious goals to reach, we can offer a combination of services to help aid success.
