ICYMI: Building Children's Social-Emotional Capacity

I hear the same two roadblocks to success come up time and time again. No matter what state of this country I'm in, teachers all say the same thing:

1. We need more time to make meaningful plans for our students.
   
2. We spend the majority of our classroom time dealing with behavior management.

I don't tackle #1 in this video, but I have a couple things to say about #2.
